Books ship 20 working days after we receive the approved cover proof. Prices are F.O.B. Des Moines, Iowa. Freight costs are in addition to the cover and imprinting prices shown.
Cancellation charges: All work in process will be billed at the time of receipt of notification of cancellation:
Payment terms: 50% upon receipt of order and 50% will be billed prior to shipment of
